Join the Circle Community
You'll get an invitation to join our private Circle group. Our circle group is where you will find all of the workshops and facilitation content.
Our community has sections for:
-transformative work (workshop-related content)
-authentic connection (sharing experiences, diving into spiritual concepts, asking for guidance, Q&A)
-input & collaboration (co-facilitation opportunities for paying members)

Attend the Live Workshop
Our 90 minute live Deep Dive Workshop calls take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm-8pm PST. Workshop recordings are posted to the group within 24 hours for those who can't make it live.
Workshops are intuitively led, but generally include these activities:
-a core energetic and/or embodiment practice
-guided journal reflection on the monthly theme (based on community pre-workshop submissions)
-breakout rooms in small groups to share authentically and connect with your sisters
-group discussion

Pre Workshop Reflection
Each month we have a divinely-inspired theme that we focus on for self-development and healing. Before the beginning of the next month, a list of reoccuring themes is compiled based on what is shared inside the community. The community votes on the topic of the month.
You will receive a Pre-Workshop prompt to reflect on to identify any blocks, challenges or areas to focus on before we begin our workshop.

Post-Workshop Integration
For the remainder of the month, the monthly theme will be expanded on with a weekly exploration prompt and check-in activities via the community forum.
You'll get to add dimension to the topic we're exploring that month, as you share your own experiences with women who are on the same journey, and let their experiences serve as mirrors to expand your own understanding and accelerated growth.

I stepped into Self Healing Mentorship following my 15+ years on my personal healing journey, and 4+ years of client work in the holistic health industry. I discovered a method of deep healing that made sense of all of my life experiences, changed my entire body and life, and am so grateful to be sharing it with other women who are looking for greater self-connection. It is SUCH an honor to be your guide and mentor on this part of your healing journey! FAQ
When are the live calls?
Every first Wednesday of the month @ 6:30pm-8pm PST.
What if I can't make the live calls? Are there recordings?
Yes! Recordings are posted within 24 hours in the Circle community.
What do the calls look like?
Relaxed vibe where you can come as you are. Get cozy with a warm beverage, light a candle, create a little altar if you want! We start with a bit of grounding practice. We are intentional about going inwards first to connect with ourselves, before connecting with others. First we do guided journal reflections, then split into small groups and share and get to know one another. Group discussion follows to close the space.
Can I just show up to the calls and listen? Do I have to participate?
When you are present on a live call, you are not obligated to share. You can pass when it's your turn to share in the groups. You can share as little or as much as you want, keeping in mind that letting yourself be heard is the very thing that draws you into a space like this! You create your own experience. We do ask that if you attend live to keep your camera on and be fully present for 90 minutes.
Is there a cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership anytime after your initial subscription period ends. You can cancel during your 30 day free trial to avoid being charged and committed to further membership.
