Dr. Sarah Li

I stepped into Self Healing Mentorship following my 15+ years on my personal healing journey, and 4+ years of client work in the holistic health industry.

I used to think that connecting to myself had to be hard. That if I wasn't having a huge emotional release or painful mirror that I wasn't doing it right.
