"Oh, this is something I noticed. Actually, my creativity has come back a lot in the last couple of weeks. I felt more creative in so many ways, and that, like I haven't in so long. "I am noticing along with the pain decrease that other things in my life are changing. I was stuck in this place of pain, no mobility, not a lot of activity etc. I am taking steps to address finding a new place to live (buying a condo :)), making my current space more aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, connecting in the community more, etc etc etc. I even walked my dogs!. I still have some health stuff but it is manageable and I am using my support people. So many things. It is not always forward progress but that's ok. Hi love! I'm Dr. Sarah Li,

I stepped into Self Healing Mentorship following my 15+ years on my personal healing journey, and 4+ years of client work in the holistic health industry.
