The method that changed my life

Embodied Worth is the most personal and special course I’ve ever created. This is more than just work to me — it’s a journey that has changed my life profoundly.

I know what it’s like to struggle with self-worth. I spent most of my life trying all the things to break free from those old stories and patterns. And it wasn’t until the Embodied Alchemy Method came into my life that everything clicked—I went from feeling like I was doing all the work and nothing was changing, to finally feeling secure in myself, reclaiming my confidence, my safety, and my true self.

I poured my soul into every part of Embodied Worth, because I deeply believe in the healing it brings to anyone who steps into this journey, and I’m so honored to share it with you.

Questions You Might Have

1. How is the course structured?

There are 4 modules released weekly over 4 weeks inside your private online course portal, giving you space to move through the material slowly and intentionally.

 

You receive 3 powerful guided practices per week customized to each theme (12 total), and instruction on how to best pace yourself to maximize your results and integration. 

 

This rhythm is designed to support your body and nervous system to truly receive and integrate the work. You can of course work through the course material at your own pace if you need more time.

2. How much time should I dedicate each week?

The practices are designed to be spacious. Think quality over quantity. Small, consistent steps — done with intention and care — will carry you further than rushing ever could. With that said, if you choose to follow the recommended timing of 3 practices spaced out throughout each week, it would take less than an hour total each week. Of course, much of the "work" happens while we rest and integrate in between doing the practices too.

3. What makes this course different than the rest?

Embodied Worth is based on my signature Embodied Alchemy Method, which was born out of my personal and clinical experiences connecting through the body to heal, align and transform. This method is exclusively shared only inside of this course, which blends somatic embodiment & self regulation exercises, secure attachment skills, and intuitive movement.

4. Will I really get results in just 4 weeks?

You absolutely can and there have been countless times where these tools have brought instant and major shifts to how I feel and behave. While I believe that real growth, healing and transformation happen slowly and with the pace of your own individual body, at the very least, you will definitely be taking away all the tools that will evolve with you, and that you will want to have in your pocket as you continue on your embodiment journey beyond this course. Self worth is an ongoing practice, not a destination.
