How it works
When you sign up you'll receive a login link to set up an account or sign in to our online portal (Activation Archive), with further instructions once you login.
The monthly theme shifts every second Tuesday of the month.
1. During the first week, I'll share an Insight Drop (a pre-recorded video) to start us off. It could be a channeled message, a guided practice, or even a song that has come through me--it's all intuitively guided.
2. The following week, you'll get a handful of self-reflection prompts on the theme of the month.
3. I also often include "Bonus Activations" (more messages, songs, resources etc.) which follow and support the energetic trajectory of the collective unfolding.
4. Choose your own integration experience: use our private community space to build off one another's insights, spend time in quiet contemplation, or both.
There is so much power in simplicity.
Space to slow down, go deep, and engage (or not) based on your own intuitive rhythms.
This is not a performative community. We value silence, just as much as engagement.
We moderate the space (but do not force conversation) to allow energy to move organically. Your presence is always valued here, regardless of how you choose to participate.

My Story
Hi! I'm your guide, Sarah Li.
Surrendering to an intuitively-led life for the past 6 years has been such a wild and unexpected journey...
Navigating life as a highly sensitive and empathic soul hasn't always been a walk in the park.
But I've definitely learned a thing or two about connecting... connecting to the body, to our emotions, to our mental space, to God, and to each other.
This understanding of connection has given me so much freedom and confidence to wander this Earth and do more of what my soul came here to do every day.
From guiding my everyday choices, all the way to healing my body, freeing me from self-limitation, providing profound self-understanding and ever-changing expressions of soul purpose.
How I got here? It definitely did not happen overnight, but as I was working on connecting deeper to myself over the years, there were periods of time where I would receive a massive download of insights all at once.
Over time I realized that something was unlocking in me every time these insights came... they were activating me. Connecting me to All that I needed.
If you've ever felt the spiritual awe and connection that comes from insight and understanding... you know what I mean when I say that the effect is always life-changing.
And that is why I share my insights, combined with embodied tools, through my courses and trainings.
