A Two-Part Women's Group Journey Into Embodied Self Worth:

December 2025 Through January 2026

​

This is a small, intimate, and supportive experience designed to help you close out this year by going inward to reflect with compassion… and begin the new year feeling connected, rested, nourished from within, and focused on you.

​

We’ll be moving through a gentle arc together — first slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting with yourself in December, and then stepping into January supported by live facilitation, connection, and the practices inside the Embodied Worth course. 

​

Bring 2025 to a peaceful close and start off 2026 anchored into a new level of self worth...watch as the ripples of inner secureness, stability, confidence, and abundance that you've cultivated continue to unfold for the rest of the year.

Part One: The Year-End Reflection Portal (December)

December is our month to slow down and go inward.

​

​This is a sacred, cozy space where you’ll get to reflect on this past year through the four pillars of Embodied Worth:

​

  • inner secureness

  • boundaries

  • taking up space

  • abundance and receiving

​

Starting December 8th, you’ll be guided through weekly prompts, somatic check-ins, and gentle reflection inside our private Discord community — designed to help you feel nourished, compassionate, and at peace with the way this year went for you (even if it was hard and disappointing).

​

You’ll be held in a circle of women who are in that same energy — reflective, soft, inward — and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you

Part Two: New Year Activation + Live Facilitation (January)

 

Starting the first week of January, we shift into a new cycle and begin the year fully anchored in you.

​​

​While most people will be jumping into resolutions or externalized goals, we'll be staying connected with our inward focus and letting all shifts come from within. 

 

Right after the new year begins, we'll move through a gentle four-week series that combines live weekly group calls and guided self worth embodiment practices inside your online course portal

 

This is the part of the journey where you’ll:

​

  • Practice somatic attachment skills to build secure attachment and a regulated nervous system 

  • Meet, attune to, and support the parts of you that are wanting your attention in the 4 key aspects of self worth (inner secureness, boundaries, taking up space & receiving)

  • Learn how to nurture those parts so they feel safe, held, and able to expand into their most worthy and whole selves

  • Be guided in integrating your New Year intentions through the Embodied Worth framework so they actually feel safe and exciting in your body (the key to lasting transformation)

The live calls will be a warm, facilitated space to come together, share, connect, ask questions, receive support, and be witnessed.

​

You'll also be given lifetime access to the somatic embodiment practices that we'll be moving through during the live program (Scroll to bottom of page for more info on methods.)

 

This is community-based, relational work — walking alongside other women who are committed to their growth, doing the inner work right next to you. Live calls will be held weekly on the dates and times that work best for the group.

Everything we do in January is meant to help you start the year anchored, centered, and connected, so the rest of the year can unfold from a place of inner stability and self-worth.

The Investment

This is a special edition of Embodied Worth offered as a live, guided group experience facilitated by Dr. Sarah Li.


Normally, Embodied Worth exists as a self-paced digital course — but this winter, we’re gathering in community.

​

To keep the container intimate and deeply held, the group is limited to no more than 10 women.

​

Week 1: Secureness

Safety, soothing, and authenticity. Build a foundation of secure attachment with yourself so self-love and compassion are the driving forces of transformation that lasts.

Week 2: Boundaries

Protection, release, and peace. Learn how to truly hold boundaries without guilt, stop taking on what was never yours, so you free your energy to pour into your authentic expression.

Week 3: Taking Up Space

Expansion, expression, and confidence. Unlearn smallness and support the parts of you that resist shining, as you step into the space you've already created with secureness & boundaries.

Week 4: Receiving In Abundance

Trust, surrender, and supportedness. Reconnect to the natural sources of abundance already within you so your body feels safe to receive the complete transformation, not just the pieces. 

A note from Dr. Sarah Li

This is the course I wish I had years ago—when I was stuck trying SO hard to stop the self-abandoning patterns that I knew weren’t serving me but I just couldn’t seem to break.

I can’t tell you how many cycles I went through… trying over and over again to stop shapeshifting for love, working on my boundaries, doing the inner work to heal and love myself more…
